JKB Rewards 2.4.1

The "JKBRewards" application offers retail customers of JKB the convenience of managing and redeeming their loyalty and rewards program points from any location, whether in-store or online, domestically or internationally.

JKBRewards provides users with the capability to redeem reward points accumulated through debit and credit card transactions, access their points balance, view statements showing earned and redeemed points, as well as those approaching expiration.

The "JKBRewards" application enables users to:

1. Utilize Points for Payments at any merchant or online store globally by selecting the card image for the desired purchase. The transaction amount is then directly deducted from the points balance instead of the corresponding card account. Card activation is performed for each transaction.
2. Transfer reward points to family or friends by selecting the transfer icon in the application and adding new beneficiaries to the list, with a requirement that the recipient is a participant in the JKBRewards program. Upon selecting the beneficiary, users will need to complete the transfer with a One Time Password (OTP).

To login to the JKBRewards application, users should use the same username and password utilized for JKBOnline/JKBMobile applications, with device activation required through JKBOnline service.

Corporate customers need to complete necessary forms at a branch to redeem their reward points as cash credited to their account, with a minimum of 5,000 points required.
